  • Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult
  • Smoking is prohibited on our boat
  • Drinking in the United States begins at the age of 21. In addition, you cannot participate in snorkeling after drinking alcohol

  • Always remember to keep your distance and respect our marine life; Hawaii's honu, along with several other marine wildlife, are a protected species
  • The tour might be cancelled due to weather and other conditions on the day
  • Guests are required to remove their shoes and socks on board
  • [ Exclusive Transportation ] *Exclusive transportation is not a charter and therefore it will not be on a stand by during the tour hours. Even if exclusive transportation customer requests to leave the tour early, the vehicle will not be ready until the scheduled time for return.
